HOW TO USE SEA MOSS GEL
SMOOTHIE
You can add sea moss gel to any of your favorite smoothie recipes due to it's very natural flavor. Simply add 1 table spoon to the mix in the blender & enjoy!
TEA
When adding sea moss gel to your tea, make sure you put the gel in first before the tea. Pour the hot tea over your daily scoop. That way it dissolves better. Sea moss is loaded with fiber, making it a mild and useful laxative.
COOKING
Sea moss adds 92 minerals to any dish! It can be used to thicken stews, soups, broths and gravies. It can also be used to thicken raw vegan desserts.
FACE MASK
Sea moss is known to nourish and protect the skin. It prevents signs of aging and tightens the skin by promoting collagen production. It also repairs the skin from issues (rashes, eczema). Apply evenly to face and neck. Let it sit for 15 to 20 min. Use a damp cloth to remove the gel with lukewarm water.
HAIR MASK
Using sea moss on your hair will deeply nourish your scalp and allow it to absorb all the healthy properties it has to offer. Apply a handful of sea moss gel to damp hair, don't forget to massage the scalp.
PLANTS
Add 1-2 teaspoons of your gel into 1 liter of water when watering your plants. Sea moss is wonderful for the soll and provides the plants with tons of nutrients. Once the sea moss had expired, you can still use it for plants. Zero waste and happy plants!
